I am excited to announce my re-election campaign for the Fulton County School Board Seat - District 4.
As an experienced educator, I have spent the last 4 years fighting to bring a clear vision for ALL schools in District 4- excellence for our children. I have made it my number one priority to get into the community and learn what parents value most. Over the past four years, you have seen me engaging with students, parents, staff, and the community in my schools. These countless events have given me the confidence to say that, as a community, we value great schools that make us feel welcome as soon as we walk into an event.
As a parent of four children who are currently (or have attended) South Fulton Schools, I wake up each day wanting every student and family to feel pride in where they go to school. We achieve that when we (parents, schools, and communities) work together. Let’s work to continue our work of expanding for the population growth in South Fulton, prioritizing literacy initiatives, and making the greater community a part of our schools.
My platform for the next four years is simple. In South Fulton, we must continue to put politics aside and prioritize our children and their education.
This campaign will center around:
supporting policies that fund and use evidence-based programs to support the science of reading and mathematical growth in grades K- 12.
using data to continue to have smart growth for our South Fulton community
focusing on the positive news of our schools while bringing solution-based answers for issues that persist in our community
supporting wraparound services (i.e., mental health, homelessness, etc.) for our most vulnerable students and their families
Seven years ago, I rallied thousands of parents and challenged them to make our voices heard to improve schools in South Fulton with South Fulton Parents for Education. Vote for Franchesca Warren for Fulton County School District Four on May 21, 2024 for the General Election !

Since 2002, Franchesca Warren has advocated for equity for all students by promoting literacy as fundamental right for all students- first and foremost, as a teacher, instructional coach, Literacy Coordinator in urban districts in the metro Atlanta area and in Tennessee and as parent advocate and consultant with stakeholders around the world
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.” In 2024, residents in District Four in South Fulton will have the ability to re-elect a school board member who believes in her community as the hub point of innovation.
With that in mind, all parents in South Fulton want their children to have opportunities for a world-class education, all while ‘filling the gaps’ for our students and ensuring that our kids are supported in all we do.
If you believe in District Four, join our team as a volunteer or donate to help make South Fulton strong for all stakeholders.
